Returns I hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. If, however, for any reason this is not the case please email with your concerns and return your goods (via registered mail). Once I receive the returned goods in their original state I will arrange to refund your payment. My beads and jewellery are always well packaged. However in the unlikely event that goods have been damaged in transit please return them and I will arrange a refund. Beads. My beads are all kiln annealed and ,if treated carefully, should outlive me! However they are made of glass and if subjected to extreme shocks damage may occur. If you do crack or chip a bead then please dispose of it safely. If you would like a replacement I will do my best (for a charge) but it may not always be possible to repeat a particular design/colour of bead.
