Return Policy
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchases. If however, this is not the case please email me with your concerns and return your goods (via registered post). Once I receive the returned good in their orginal state I will arrange to refund your payment. My beads and Jewellery are always well packaged, however in the unlikely event that your goods have been damaged in transit please return them to me and let me know if you would prefer a replacement (where possible) or a refund, I can then take this up with the postage system.
