I am committed to protecting your privacy.  I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) I will collect information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

I do not disclose customer information to third parties, unless it is requested as part of the business services I provide for you, or required under UK law.  Under no circumstances do I pass your information on for marketing purposes.

The type of information I collect about you includes:  your name, address, phone number, email address.  I do not collect any of your credit/debit card information as I use PayPal to process all credit/debit payments.

I will never collect sensitive information about you without explicit consent.  The information I hold will be accurate and up to date.  You can check the information I hold about you by emailling me.  If you find any inaccuracies I will delete or correct it promptly.

Cookies are used on the shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.

The personal information, which I hold will be held securely in accordance with my internet security policy and the law.

All electronic payment details will be collected and processed by third parties on the secure servers of some of the worlds largest online payment facilities.  At present I use PayPal.
